We offer outpatient services, including primary care services encompassing total health and wellness, disease prevention, physicals, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, and long-term and home health care referrals. PhyNet is part of an integrated health network and operates eight other East Texas locations.
