A: No, we offer telehealth to non-established patients as well.

A: Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance all allow telehealth for the treatment of care. Co-pays and deductibles apply the same as if you were having an in-office visit.

A: Yes, PhyNet providers will chart your telehealth encounter to your medical record and can even take digital photos and post to your chart for reference.

A: Yes, our PhyNet Doctor and Family Nurse Practitioners can provide telehealth by smartphone, computer, or by phone (audio only) in the event that on other web-enabled device is available.
