Dr. Riki Williamson is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of expertise, specializing in home care and dialysis. Before joining Linden PhyNet, she served as Home Program Manager and Director of Clinical Services at DaVita Dialysis, overseeing more than 150 home dialysis programs across six states. She also held leadership roles at home health agencies in Arkansas and Texas, contributing to strategic initiatives that balanced clinical excellence, innovation, and regulatory compliance.
Riki is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Arkansas Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Her dedication to research includes work on type 2 diabetes, culminating in a nationally presented Doctoral of Nursing Practice (DNP) project and a publication in the Journal of Doctoral Nursing Practice, where she also volunteers as an editor.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Riki is a devoted wife and mother. Her husband, Wade, is a small business owner in Texarkana, Arkansas, and together they support numerous local charities. Riki’s greatest personal honor is her daughter Landi’s decision to follow in her footsteps by pursuing a nursing career at Ouachita Baptist University, where she expects to graduate in 2026.
Growing up in a rural Southwest Arkansas community, Riki is deeply committed to improving healthcare access and outcomes for patients in East Texas. She is also passionate about mentoring future nursing professionals.
