Tara Gray, FNP-C joins the PhyNet Tall Pines Clinic

We are pleased to welcome Tara Gray, FNP-C to the PhyNet care team. Tara has always had a heart for people and a passion for caring for others. With over three decades of nursing experience, she now provides compassionate, full-spectrum care for patients of all ages at PhyNet – Tall Pines Health Clinic in Lone Star, Texas.Tara obtained her first nursing license as an LVN in 1990 from NTCC and became a registered nurse in 1993 through Regents University.

While raising her family, she worked full-time in various healthcare settings, gaining experience with diverse patient populations and developing a deep appreciation for caring for individuals at every stage of life. Inspired by her love for patient-centered care, Tara returned to school at Chamberlain University and earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019.Tara is deeply committed to building meaningful relationships with her patients.

She takes the time to educate, empower, and guide them to make informed decisions about their health. She is dedicated to clinical excellence and continually expands her knowledge through ongoing education focused on evidence-based care for patients of all ages and conditions.When she’s not caring for patients, Tara enjoys spending quality time with her husband of 36 years, their four children, and three grandchildren. She also loves reading, camping, traveling, and attending live shows and concerts.
