Chelsey is an East Texas native and grew up on a family-owned ranch in Athens, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at Tyler, receiving a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree. In her early nursing years, Chelsey worked in various medical settings, including hospitals, medical-surgical facilities, emergency rooms, and pre-operative care. With the knowledge and skills she gained, Chelsey pursued higher education and obtained her master’s Degree in Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Walden University.
Chelsey is passionate about positively impacting her patients’ lives. She finds carefully listening to patients is one of the best ways to assess a treatment plan. Chelsey is now accepting new patients 12 years and older through walk-ins or appointments Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Chelsey lives on a ranch with her husband, daughter, and their three dogs. She enjoys the country and ranching, and when not in the clinic, she often helps her husband take care of their farm.
