Dr. Jordan is currently accepting new pediatric to senior adult patients at PhyNet – Lindale Medical Clinic. He is available for appointments Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 pm.
Dr. Jordan offers outpatient services, including primary care services encompassing total health and wellness, disease prevention, physicals, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, and long-term and home health care referrals.
